Looking for REALTORS who;

• Are Focussed on working with Investors
• Have been involved in multiple transactions with Multi Family Buildings
• Have been Licensed for over 2 Years, or have other experience with investors
• Can work out a Cap Rate and Return on Investment
• Knows their local real estate market
• Is familiar with the jargon and terms investors use
